Warmed Hummus Plate ~ Served with toasted pita and vegetable crudités (vegan). $8
Greggos Nachos ~ Beer and cheese sauce, garlic pepper hoisin, smoked pork shoulder, pickled onions, crema, and cilantro $10
Smoked Chicken Wings ~ Smoked wings fried crispy with Naked or with Hot Sauce. (6) $11

Bread and Butter ~ Artisan bread served with awesome butter and gray sea salt. Artisanal country Sourdough from Cristina’s Bread House $8
French Fries ~ Our own house made French fries served with caper chipotle aioli $6.50(vegetarian) (fried in peanut oil).



Veggie Burger Bites ~ Swiss chard, pistachios, Asian sweet potatoes, black beans and rice, crispy fried in peanut oil.  Served with creamy dipping tamari chili sauce and a small arugula salad (vegan).


Breaded Fried Cauliflower ~ served with ancho chile sauce


Smashed Potatoes ~ Baby red potatoes, smashed and crisped, topped with roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese. Add Bacon  +$2; Add Brisket or Pork +$4

Potatoes Au Gratin ~ Just like my Dad use to make with sliced hot dogs and cheddar cheese  (a good dish to share)

Mexican Street Corn ~ Grilled corn on the Cob, Mayo, Aleppo Chili powder, Lime, Queso Fresco, Cilantro






Brussel Sprouts ~fried with roasted garlic, thyme and pickled onions




Beet Salad ~ Oven roasted beets served cold with shallot vinaigrette topped with candied walnuts over a bed of fresh arugula with grated Midnight moon goat cheese.



Simple Spring Mix Salad ~ Spring mix with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion served with choice of dressing.     Choice of Dressings:  Pineapple Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Butter Milk Ranch, Blue Cheese, Russian


Caesar Salad~ Romaine Lettuce, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons, house made dressing.  Add Chicken (+$4) Add Shrimp (+5)

Brisket Sandwich ~ Smoked beef brisket on a brioche bun, topped with grilled onions and three cheese sauce.  Choice of FF* or side salad (+$1.50)



Smoked Pork Sandwich~ Grilled potato bun smoked pork citrus BBQ, apple cabbage slaw topped with syracha mayo and crema.  Served with FF* or side salad(+$1.50)   


Simple Burger ~ Certified Angus Beef, charbroiled and served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted potato bun.  Served with FF* or side salad (+$1.50).  Choice of Cheddar or American Cheese


Cornflake Chicken ~ Buttermilk chicken tenders breaded with corn flakes, fried crispy.  Served on a bed of arugula, pickled jalapenos, with honey mustard (peanut oil).


Mac and Cheese ~ Three cheese mac topped with pulled brisket or pulled pork and bread crumbs. (Vegetarian style  $9)

Meatball Sliders ~ Beef and pancetta meatballs (3) with caramelized onion and brandy pan sauce on a sweet Hawaiian slider bun.

Smoked Beef Brisket Taco ~ Warmed corn tortilla, beef brisket, pico de gallo, Alabama white sauce   Add Avocado (+$2)


Shredded Pork Taco ~ Smoked pork shoulder, pickled onions, and apple cabbage slaw topped with crème and sriracha mayo.


Tinga Chicken Taco ~ Shredded chicken breast, lettuce, raw sweet onion and queso fresco topped with crema.


Sweet Potato Taco ~ Crispy fried sweet potato chunks with black beans, red and pickled onion, scallion and cilantro with a balsamic reduction and topped with crema  (vegetarian).


Black Bean Taco~  Special Black bean mixture with enchilada sauce topped with Avocado, queso fresco, cilantro and crema  



Blueberry Lemon Tart ~ Gingersnap crust, lemon curd and blueberries topped with whipped cream.$8

A Rockabilly Mom Event at The Ways Restaurant & Brewery

The origin of the Ways Restaurant and Brewery begins with two red-headed brothers from Jenkintown, a foodtruck, and a common desire to produce fresh, well-crafted beers.

Steve, in addition to running the successful food truck business Smokin’ Tacos which was nominated for rookie truck of the year in 2013, has been crafting fine beers in his garage for 15 years. Zagat reviewer Dayna Hennigar says of Smokin’ Tacos- “Since BBQ is not easy to eat on the go, these smoked meats come in the best hand held vehicle there is: TACOS” 

Tim’s enthusiasm for Biology led him to a 13 year career as an ER Nurse before training with the American Brewer’s Guild in Vermont and spending a year learning from some of the best in the business at Weyerbacher Brewery in Easton.

Together, their passion for the craft of beer-making led them to open the Ways Restaurant and Brewery together.
