With Montgomery County moving into the Green phase, We are going to open up outdoor seating in the beer garden and on the patio!!! Yay!! Seating will be first come, first serve and we will be taking appropriate precautions to keep people socially distant. Please keep in mind that 5:30-7:30 are the busiest times, so if you can come earlier or later, your chances of immediate seating will greatly increase. This seating will be weather permitting.

For those that are feeling safer at home, or if the weather is not permitting outdoor seating, Take Out is still available! Please order online (Order online button at top right) or call (215)887-1029.

Rest assured that restaurants already adhere to high-frequency handwashing and other health and safety measures and we’re being extra careful during this time. Please support us by purchasing a gift certificate.

Smashed Potatoes ~ Baby red potatoes, smashed and crisped, topped with roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese. Add Bacon  +$2; Add Brisket or Pork +$4

Beet Salad ~ Oven roasted beets served cold with shallot vinaigrette topped with candied walnuts over a bed of fresh arugula with grated Midnight moon goat cheese.



Simple Spring Mix Salad ~ Spring mix with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion served with choice of dressing.     Choice of Dressings:  Pineapple Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Butter Milk Ranch, Blue Cheese, Russian


Caesar Salad~ Romaine Lettuce, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons, house made dressing.  Add Chicken (+$4)

Brisket Sandwich ~ Smoked beef brisket on a brioche bun, topped with grilled onions and three cheese sauce.  Choice of FF* or side salad (+$1.50)



Slow Roasted Bourbon BBQ Pork Sandwich~ Grilled potato bun, apple cider braised pork and Bourbon BBQ sauce. Served with FF* or side salad(+$1.50)   


Simple Burger ~ Certified Angus Beef, charbroiled and served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted potato bun.  Served with FF* or side salad (+$1.50).  Choice of Cheddar or American Cheese


Cornflake Chicken ~ Buttermilk chicken tenders breaded with corn flakes, fried crispy.  Served on a bed of arugula, pickled jalapenos, with honey mustard (peanut oil).


Mac and Cheese ~ Three cheese mac topped with pulled brisket or pulled pork and bread crumbs. (Vegetarian style  $9)

Meatball Sliders ~ Beef and pancetta meatballs (3) with caramelized onion and brandy pan sauce on a sweet Hawaiian slider bun.

The origin of the Ways Restaurant and Brewery begins with two red-headed brothers from Jenkintown, a foodtruck, and a common desire to produce fresh, well-crafted beers.

Steve, in addition to running the successful food truck business Smokin’ Tacos which was nominated for rookie truck of the year in 2013, has been crafting fine beers in his garage for 15 years. Zagat reviewer Dayna Hennigar says of Smokin’ Tacos- “Since BBQ is not easy to eat on the go, these smoked meats come in the best hand held vehicle there is: TACOS”

Tim’s enthusiasm for Biology led him to a 13 year career as an ER Nurse before training with the American Brewer’s Guild in Vermont and spending a year learning from some of the best in the business at Weyerbacher Brewery in Easton.

Together, their passion for the craft of beer-making led them to open the Ways Restaurant and Brewery together.
